It is a beautiful fall weekend, and there are three ways to move with this community: Saturday night in Lombard, Sunday morning in Palatine, and Sunday afternoon in Logan Square. Every one is sober, barefoot and open to all bodies. No steps to learn, no partner needed, and no experience required.

Our Sunday morning at the Himalayan Yoga & Meditation Center, a calm, carpeted meditation hall. A full team is holding this one:

• David opens with a circle, a short meditation and embodiment at 10.
• Kai Eros, back in town, takes us through a brand new musical journey from 10:30.
• Yolanda closes with a sound bath.
• Vilija brings tea, so stay for tea as long as you like.
