The morning
We have this room for the whole morning, so nothing is squeezed. Come early enough to land before the 10:00 circle — and if you need to leave early, slip out quietly whenever you need to.

Holding the morning

Closes the morning with a sound bath from 12:00 to 12:30, after the dance.
Holds the tea and the landing at 12:30, so the morning has somewhere soft to end.

What to expect
Doors 9:45 AM, opening circle at 10:00, free-form dance from 10:30 to 12:00, a sound bath with Yolanda from 12:00 to 12:30, then tea and integration at 12:30. Some of us head out to lunch together after.
How to show up
Wear what lets you move. Barefoot is welcome. Bring water. Phones stay off the dance floor. Try to be in the room before the 10:00 opening circle — and if you need to slip out early, that's completely fine.
Arrive ready
Wear something you can move in, bring water, and leave your phone in your bag. This helps all of us land together in the container.
