A held, sober container in the HYMC studio: doors at 9:30, an embodiment practice at 10:00, opening circle at 10:15, and free-form dance from 10:30 with our first live DJ set — Munir. Yolanda closes the morning with a sound bath before tea.
☕ Cacao with Zacbe, available throughout the morning. Zacbe will be sharing cacao before, during, and after the dance — an invitation to open ourselves to the experience. Enjoy some as you arrive and settle in, receive more between activities if you feel the call, and again afterward as you carry that openness into the rest of your Sunday. Completely optional, and included with your ticket.
HYMC is a yoga and meditation center, so it's a quiet, shoes-off building. Please arrive gently and keep conversation low in the entry and hallways.

The morning
We have this room for the whole morning, so nothing is squeezed. Come early enough to land before the 10:15 circle — and if you need to leave before the closing circle, slip out quietly whenever you need to.
Holding the morning
Holds the music live from the floor — our first live DJ set of the series.
Closes the morning with a sound bath at 11:45, before the closing circle and tea.
Shares cacao from doors open through the end of the morning — an invitation to open to the experience, available whenever you feel the call.

What to expect
Doors 9:30 AM, embodiment practice at 10:00, opening circle at 10:15, free-form dance from 10:30 with a live DJ set from Munir, a sound bath with Yolanda at 11:45, closing circle at 12:15, then tea at 12:30. Some of us head out to lunch together around 1:00.
How to show up
Wear what lets you move. Barefoot is welcome. Bring water. Phones stay off the dance floor. Try to be in the room before the 10:15 opening circle — and if you need to slip out early, that's completely fine.
Arrive ready
Wear something you can move in, bring water, and leave your phone in your bag. This helps all of us land together in the container.
