Ecstatic dance is a sober, barefoot, free-form movement practice. A DJ holds a wave — warm-up, rise, peak, descent, stillness — and you move however your body wants to. No steps, no partner, no talking on the floor.
90 minutes of hand-picked music, shaped into a real arc — soft opening, rise, peak, descent, stillness.
No alcohol, no shoes, no phones on the floor. A clean container for whatever's alive.
Home before noon. A better way to start the week than scrolling.
