Bring a dance to your people
You already hold a room: a women's circle, a men's group, a yoga studio, a healing practice, a community that trusts you. We love helping people like you bring ecstatic dance to the people you gather. A small first dance is the perfect place to start.

Who this is for
Women's circles
Open with your circle's intention, dance it through the body, close with sharing. It fits right into what you already hold.
Men's circles
A wordless way to drop out of the head and into the body together, with no performance and nothing to get right.
Yoga & movement studios
A special evening or Sunday offering that brings your students and new faces into the room.
Healers & wellness practitioners
Pair dance with your own work: breath, sound, tea, cacao, ceremony or education.
Faith, spiritual & cultural communities
Hold the circles in your own language, Polish, Spanish or anything else. The music doesn't need translating.
Birthdays & celebrations
A sober, joyful way to celebrate that your guests will actually remember.
Ways to work together
Option 1
A private dance for your group
Just your people. You hold the intention and the welcome; we bring the musical journey and walk you through the flow.
Option 2
Co-host a dance that's open to everyone
Your theme and your community, plus ours. We can help with the event page, tickets, waivers, check-in and sharing it with our mailing list.
Option 3
Bring your group to one of our dances
The easiest first step. Come together to a Sunday morning dance and feel it before you plan your own.
See upcoming dances →Option 4
Share an offering at one of our dances
Lead an opening or closing (a meditation, a song, a short circle) and invite your friends to come that day.

Arrive
Shoes off, a cup of tea, settling in.
Opening circle
Your welcome and intention, plus the few simple agreements that keep the room safe.
The musical journey
About an hour to an hour and a half of music that starts slow, builds and comes back to stillness.
Closing circle
Rest, a short share and tea. Stay as long as feels good.
About two to two and a half hours in all. We shape it around your group, so yours may look a little different.

Questions
My group has never done ecstatic dance. Is that okay?
Yes. There are no steps to learn. The opening circle explains everything, and people can rest, sit or move gently the whole time.
Can it be just for women, or just for men?
For a private dance, you decide who's invited. Dances that are open to the public are open to everyone.
Can the circles be in another language?
Yes. You can lead the welcome and the sharing in your community's language. We're happy to support that.
Is it religious?
It can feel spiritual, but nobody is asked to believe anything. It works for secular groups and faith communities alike.
What about sound and the room?
It depends on the space. We'll talk through the room, the sound and the setup together before anything is planned.
How much does it cost?
Every group and space is different, so there's no package to pick. We'll work out the money side together on a short call.
