What to expect
No steps. No words. Just movement.
Ecstatic dance is a sober, DJ‑led practice. A wave of music carries you from gentle stillness, into wild expression, and back to rest. No partners required. No experience needed. Sunday mornings are made for landing in your body before the week takes you back.

Barefoot if you can. Wordless on the floor. Phones away so we can be here.
