Where
Himalayan Yoga and Meditation Center
109 W Slade St, Palatine, IL 60067
HYMC is a yoga and meditation center, so it's a quiet, shoes-off building. Please arrive gently and keep conversation low in the entry and hallways.
Wear what lets you move. Barefoot is welcome. Bring water. Phones stay off the dance floor. Try to be in the room before the 10:00 opening circle — and if you need to slip out early, that's completely fine.
