Two years of Chicago Ecstatic Dance

This week I celebrated 2 years being a resident DJ at the Chicago Ecstatic Dance. Woooo!!

Of all the side hustles this has been one of my greatest joys. I get to curate my favorite music to guide dancers on a journey deep into themselves.

This is happening during a time when I believe ecstatic dance is becoming more popular. This summer I had the opportunity to bring ED to a massive music festival Electric forest. Last week I spoke with a curator at The Art Institute of Chicago about bringing a dance there. And I'm getting messages from fans about curating a dance for birthdays and private parties.

You never know where things lead, I'm just being myself and giving my all putting together the best musical jams spanning world music, house, afrobeat, conscious music, mantra, edm, sensual beats, and music that makes me feel alive personally.
